Greetings gents.

Buffalo Airways Virtual is holding a VA event on August 1, 2010. They plan to depart CYQF for CYWG at approximately
1700Z. They anticipate about 20 pilots leaving on this first leg of a flight to Turkey.

Thomas Emms, CEO, Buffalo Airways Virtual says they will all be flying the Canadair CL215, and requests ATC services if possible.

So, a couple of you CTR certified guys wanna do this...they estimate it could be 5-6 hours for the even, of which I anticipate 2 hours in our airspace if they
all leave YQF en-masse.

Please note the CORRECTED start time. I misunderstood Thomas' original email.

The correct start time is 1700Z, Sunday, Aug. 1.
